Job Description
This is a demo listing for testing. Summit TechDesk (Demo) is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join the Technical Support team. You will receive the training and support you need to succeed, with a predictable schedule and clear expectations from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers or team members professionally and courteously
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Keep accurate records using company systems
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and clear communication
- Able to commute to the work location
Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
