Job Description
This is a demo listing for testing. Coastal Hospitality Group (Demo) is looking for a Remote Reservations Agent to join the Hospitality team. You will receive the training and support you need to succeed, with a predictable schedule and clear expectations from day one.

- Assist customers or team members professionally and courteously
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Keep accurate records using company systems
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and clear communication
- Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
